However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process clear, fair, and hassle-free.
This Return Policy explains the conditions, eligibility, timelines, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds on orders placed with Driplet Clothing.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- The item must be returned in its original condition with tags intact
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product should not be damaged, altered, or stained
- Original packaging must be included
Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special discounts
- Customized or limited-edition items (if applicable)
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse
- Items without original tags or packaging
Driplet Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy guidelines.
Reasons Accepted for Returns or Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests for the following reasons:
- Size or fit issues with oversized T-shirts
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers are required to share clear images or videos within 48 hours of delivery for verification.
Exchange Policy
Driplet Clothing allows size exchanges for oversized T-shirts, subject to availability.
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
- Exchange requests depend on stock availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund option may be offered
Customers are encouraged to refer to our size chart before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
Return & Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
In certain cases, a store credit may be issued instead of a direct refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

- Share your order ID, reason for return, and required images (if applicable)
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
Do not ship products without approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, Driplet Clothing will cover the return shipping cost
- For size or preference-based returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
Shipping costs are subject to change based on location and courier availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
